Let me tell you a little about myself to help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

I have worked for many years in the construction industry but slowly I began to realise that what I valued most was helping people through difficult and emotional difficulties in their lives.  In 2010 I started my own personal journey training as an Integrative counsellor working with general counselling.  I have also specialised in different areas of counselling which I felt passionate about.

This started with the London Diploma in Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy (LDPRT). During this time I worked within an NHS Sexual Health Clinic and a Private Clinic providing both long and short term therapy as a Relationship and Psychosexual therapist.

As well as my private practice I currently work within an NHS sexual health clinic doing both Psychosexual and Relationship work  I have also worked with Relate offering both Psychosexual and Relationship counselling to both individuals and couples.

I have also completed the Advanced Specialist Fertility Counselling Diploma Course with the National Fertility Society.

Psychosexual therapy is a specific type of therapy which can help with sexual problems when medical causes have been ruled out.

Different relationships when they are going well can bring us joy and fulfilment into our lives.  When things start to go wrong and times become difficult, the opposite can happen joy and happiness is often replaced by pain and heartbreak.

Fertility Counselling

Infertility is becoming more & more common with couples and single people.  This has led to different approaches to pregnancy within different relationships.
