Clients look for a counsellor when they realise they are ready to explore issues in their lives but often struggle on how to make this happen. Sometimes we are expected to get on with it, preferring not to ask for help or are left with a feeling of weakness and we are struggling to cope.
The opposite is true, asking for support is the hardest step but it can often lead to a different way of viewing and experiencing life. I help to enable people to challenge unhelpful ways of thinking which maybe limiting their own potential. Through the sessions we will work together to break free of these destructive patterns of thinking & thoughts.
